Dr. Crofton Daniels

Dr Crofton Daniels was born and raised in Perth.

In 1995 he completed his Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia. This was followed by 7 years in general dental practice at the North Perth Dental Surgery. In 2000 Dr Daniels successfully completed examinations to become a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Dr Daniels was subsequently accepted into the orthodontics program at the University of Western Australia completing his 3 year Masters degree in Orthodontics in 2006. On graduating he was awarded the prestigious Elsdon Storey Research Prize for Orthodontic Research Excellence. Dr Daniels continues his association with the University of Western Australia with an appointment as a clinical tutor. In 2006 Dr Daniels completed examinations leading to specialist membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr Daniels holds membership of numerous professional organisations including the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Society of Orthodontists, the American Association of Orthodontists and the World Federation of Orthodontists. He is a Registered Orthodontic Specialist with the Dental Board of Australia and has achieved Australian Orthodontic Board Certification.

Dr Daniels is an active member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists being a past State and Federal Treasurer. More recently he was the Australian Society of Orthodontists (WA) Vice President. He is currently a Federal Councillor.

To stay abreast with the latest advancements in the orthodontic profession Dr Daniels regularly attends continuing Education conferences both domestically and internationally.

Dr Daniels is dedicated and committed to his work. He chose to become an orthodontist as he feels it is a very rewarding specialty, watching each patient evolve as their confidence and self-esteem grow with their new smile. What is exciting about orthodontics is that no mouth looks exactly the same, so orthodontics remains challenging and fun.

Outside of work Dr Daniels is the proud father of William, Thomas and Alexandra who keep both he and his wife Rebecca constantly on their toes. Dr Daniels loves the outdoors and is passionate about his boating, fishing, rugby and cricket.

Dr. Steven Naoum

Dr. Naoum was born and raised in Perth and completed his general dental training at the University of Western Australia in 2001. Following graduation, he worked in Perth as a general dentist until the end of 2006.

In 2007, he moved to Sydney to complete a Graduate Diploma in Divinity through the Australian College of Theology. From 2008 to 2014, he held a full‑time academic position in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Sydney, teaching and conducting research. During this time, he completed his PhD, focusing on fluoride‑releasing restorative materials and their potential to extend the lifespan of dental fillings. He also worked as Oral Health Lead within The Poche Centre for Indigenous Health, supporting Aboriginal communities in developing sustainable oral health programs.

Dr. Naoum returned to Perth in 2014 to undertake specialist orthodontic training at the University of Western Australia. Upon graduation, he received the Elsdon Storey Research Prize for the most outstanding orthodontic research by an Australian orthodontic resident.

Dr. Naoum practices at Morley Orthodontic Centre and Esperance Orthodontic Centre and is a Senior Lecturer in Orthodontics at The University of Western Australia. He is certified by the Australasian Orthodontic Board, is a nominated Fellow of the International College of Dentists, and is a full member of the Angle Society of Orthodontists. He is also a regular reviewer of scientific articles for orthodontic journals and a frequent conference speaker.

Outside of orthodontics, Dr.  Naoum enjoys spending unhurried time with his wife and children, passionately follows Perth Glory, and is an active member of his church community.

Dr. Dipika Morley Orthodontics

Dr. Dipika Mistry

Dr Dipika Mistry was born in South Africa, raised in Sydney, and has recently moved to Perth. She attained her Bachelor of Medical Science in 2007 and Bachelor of Dentistry in 2011 at the University of Sydney, finishing with numerous awards. She completed the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons primary examinations, coming first in Australasia for Anatomy, and spent a year as a paediatric dental resident at Westmead Hospital in Sydney.

After working in private and public dental practice for many years in both Sydney and Melbourne, she found her passion in Orthodontics and obtained her specialist Orthodontic degree from the University of Sydney in 2019. She is a Registered Orthodontic Specialist with the Dental Board of Australia and has achieved certification with the Australian Orthodontic Board. Since then, she has worked in public and private orthodontic practices in Sydney before moving to Perth with her family.

Dr Mistry enjoys all aspects of orthodontics and has a particular interest in clear aligners and early interceptive care. Having completed a paediatric dental residency before her orthodontic training, she is great with treating both children and adults, however anxious they may be.

Having published her research during her specialist training, Dipika understands the importance of staying up to date with orthodontic advances and strives to keep up to date with research, regularly attends orthodontic courses and events. She is qualified to practice Invisalign, Spark, Suresmile, and Incognito systems.

Outside of work, Dipika enjoys spending time with her young family, loves traveling, and considers herself a little foodie – she enjoys cooking, eating, and trying new foods from all over the world!

Dr. Mistry is dedicated to providing exceptional orthodontic care to patients. She is committed to creating a wonderful and healthy smile whilst ensuring the patient has a great dental experience.

Dr. Julian Todres

Dr. Julian Todres attended the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa), where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Biochemistry. He completed dental school, graduating with his Bachelor of Dental Science, from the University of Witwatersrand. Following five years in private dental practice, Dr. Todres completed his orthodontic training, attending the University of the Witwatersrand, where he earned his Master of Dentistry (in the branch of orthodontics). Dr. Todres also holds a fellowship with the College of Medicine of South Africa after successfully completing further entrance examinations with that institution.
